  • Lemon Juice – 100 ml
  • Salt – 25g
  • Black Pepper (crushed) – 10g
  • Red Chili Flakes – 10g
  • Cumin Powder – 10g
  • Garam Masala – 10g
  • Yogurt – 250g
  • Oil – 150 ml

🍞 Bread & Sandwich Base:

  • Burger Buns or Sandwich Bread – 20 pcs
  • Butter – 200g (for toasting)

🥗 Toppings:

  • Lettuce Leaves – 600g
  • Tomatoes (sliced) – 10 Medium (approx. 1.5 kg)
  • Onions (sliced in rings) – 5 Medium (approx. 800g)
  • Cucumber (optional) – 5 Medium (approx. 500g)

🥣 Sauce:

  • Mayonnaise – 600g
  • Mustard Sauce – 100g (optional)
  • Chili Garlic Sauce – 100g
  • Salt – to taste
  • Sugar – 10g (optional for balance)

🧑🍳 Step-by-Step Preparation Method

1. Marinate the Chicken:

  • Cut chicken breasts into thin fillets or strips for even cooking.
  • In a large bowl, mix ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, yogurt, and all the dry spices.
  • Add chicken and coat thoroughly.
  • Marinate for at least 2 hours (preferably overnight) in the refrigerator.

2. Grill the Chicken:

  • Heat oil on a large flat-top grill or heavy-bottom pan.
  • Grill marinated chicken until fully cooked and golden (approx. 7-10 mins per side).
  • Let it rest for 5 mins, then slice if necessary.

3. Prepare the Sauce:

  • In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, chili garlic sauce, mustard (if using), salt, and sugar.
  • Stir until smooth and creamy.
  • Keep chilled until use.

4. Prepare Toppings:

  • Wash and dry lettuce leaves.
  • Slice tomatoes, onions, and cucumber (if using) into thin, even slices.
  • Store in covered trays in the refrigerator.

5. Toast the Buns:

  • Cut buns in half horizontally.
  • Apply butter on inner sides and toast on a hot pan until golden brown.

6. Assemble Sandwiches:

  • Spread sauce on both inner sides of the bun.
