How to Prepare?
Step by Step Method:
1. Dry Roast these
spices on low flame for 2-3 minutes but don’t let the color change.
2. On cooling grind
the roasted ingredients coarsely.
3. Now mix the
following additional Ingredients in coarsely ground powder:

How much quantity of this Biryani Masala should be used?
For 1 kg
Rice + 1 kg Mutton/Chicken/Beef
use 4 tea spoons of this masala. For each teaspoon, you will add 2 cardamoms, 1
dried plum, 2 cloves and 1 bay leaf. All
these ingredients will be in whole form.
Storage and Shelf Life:
Store it an
air tight jar and put in the Fridge/Refrigerator to increase its shelf life for
1 year.
