 Introduction:

This recipe is very tasty and useful for children health and growth. It is also beneficial for young as well as old people. This curd prepared with soft dates must be used in the morning time before breakfast.

2.   Fresh & Pure Milk

3.   Zaamin/Jaag(Curd/Dahee)

How to Prepare?

Step by Step Method:

1.   Take out/Remove the seeds of dates.
2.    Put the dates and one cup milk in Juicer jug and blend the mixture well.
3.   Strain/Filter the dates and milk mixture.
4.   Put the mixture and the remaining milk in a steel pot/cattle and stir it well.
5.   Now Put the cattle on fire and make it warm as per human body temperature (37o C or 98o F). To check the temperature of this milk, wash your hand well with soap and then dip your finger in the warm milk. If you can bear up the temperature, the mix Pour the milk in a wide open earthen/steel pot.
6.   Now mix the Yogurt/Curd/Zaamin/Jaag (1 table spoon) into this body temperature warm milk and cover it with a blanket and put it in an almirah or any closed area/close box for 5-4 hours.

When curd is prepared, use it and enjoy its great taste.
